 As an artist I call myself TRENCROM RADIO,

thus reminding me of an important time and place in my early life.


My instruments are:

- voice

- various guitars ( acoustic, Western, electric, bass )

- keyboards, synthesizer

- harmonica, trumpet, alto sax, Indian flute

- bongos





My full name is Detlef Potten-Quade

 

I was born on 18th November 1950

in Iserlohn, Germany -

then member of the Protestant Church.

I am married since 1982.

I have 4 children and am a retired teacher

of English and Sociology

1966 First song composed

1969 I became atheist.

1974 Member of the band KUBIK (bass player)

1978-81 Member of the band HEADWAY

               (vocal, bass)

1982 I became religious again.


1989 Belief in the Jewish religion

         Member of esoteric groups

1990 Member of a local Church Choir:

1992 I left the Protestant Church.


2000 I rejoined it. Belief in the Christian faith.
